As a partner of organizational change management (OCM) at ISG, Tammie is responsible for both sales and delivery of client programs, as well as defining new market offerings. Tammie’s PhD in strategic management and her working knowledge from more than two decades of implementations help her ensure solutions that are execution-oriented. Her areas of expertise include organizational transformation, organizational design, post-merger integration, executive engagement, communications, culture change, talent management, and training and leadership development.
