I am the Global Workplace Experience Director for Finastra and look after all things employee and workplace experience as well as employee wellbeing.

The past few years have changed how we work and we need to learn to navigate a new normal whilst remaining human at heart. Finastra is a truly global organization, so how and when we work plays an important role in how we connect with each other.

I am based out of London, but was born and raised in South Africa.
