Building change resiliency and change capability within your workforce is a critical success factor to achieving desired results. Reactions to change are predictable, manageable and follow patterns that can be addressed. Armed with this knowledge, we can widen the options or define the future state in ways that are relevant and inspirational to individuals.  In other words, it may not be business as usual.  We need to meet people where they are which requires us to seek their input and get creative.  We will learn from colleagues and other attendees how they are building change capable organizations and capturing the benefit!
