Bhavin has been with Johnson & Johnson for 15 years. He has held various roles in End User Service Delivery over the 15 years. Bhavin is leading the Data Insights and Automation team within End User Services providing Insights in consumption and experience of IT services. In addition, Bhavin is responsible of leading and driving the proactive and preventative support via automation. Bhavin is responsible for day to day monitoring and management of Johnson & Johnson Technology’s consumption of end user support as well as Service Support Analytics. He has over 25 years of experience in information technology in Service Delivery, Software Development, and Infrastructure Operations.
