Dakota LaFee heads growth at Harmonize, a SaaS developer focused on Slack & Microsoft Teams based HR solutions. Harmonize was one of a handful of originals that launched the Slack & Teams app ecosystems, and specializes in harnessing these hubs to add simplicity and transparency to administrative workflows like time off and overtime.

Dakota has a BA in Economics and Genetics from UCLA, and an MBA from Tuck (Dartmouth). He spent 5 years at DaVita managing business analytics and process improvement before joining the team at Harmonize, where he has refocused on the digital workspace and management of distributed teams. Hundreds of conversations with business leaders about their pain points have heavily informed his perspective team communication, HR gaps, and administrative clarity.
