Dr. Tina R. Walker is a seasoned HR practitioner with more than 25 years of HR, operations, and business administration experience. She currently works for a community foundation as the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration. Tina’s lives with the desire to educate, empower, and inspire others. She believes in the power of prayer and understands that as humans we are flawed, which makes forgiveness mandatory. She is still figuring this thing called life out, but is committed to living, loving, and laughing as her journey continues.

Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications with a minor in Behavioral Science from California State University Dominguez Hills. She earned a master’s in business administration and a doctorate in organizational leadership from the University of Phoenix. She resides in Los Angeles County and has an adult son, granddaughter, four nieces, three nephews.
