CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Mike is currently a Principal Consultant, co-leading the America’s Data and Analytics Capability. He has consulted in numerous strategic projects, including some of ISG’s largest clients. This includes guiding international IT organizations with competitive assessments of their services across several global markets, to negotiating on behalf of clients regarding their risk posture in competitive outsourcing agreements.
