Andy Miears brings more than 25 years of experience operating within large, complex global enterprises. Andy advises clients on large-scale organizational, technology and cultural transformations, leveraging the principles of Lean, DevOps and Agile methodologies to evolve organizations so they can pivot in the face of change, industry disruption, and swings in the global landscape. Andy leverages his experience to advise enterprises on opportunities related to cost optimization, digital strategy and design, agility, new ways of working, productization, and aligning technology to transform the business.
