Sujay Bhattacharya is the Line of Business Head for Digital workplace and ServiceNow (Tx). He has over 19years of experience helping customers design and adopt an employee centric approach by focusing on experience and productivity.

Sujay has worked with many Fortune 500 customers to help design, implement, and manage their digital transformation that leverages AI, automation, machine learning and process re-engineering. He has also successfully implemented multiple Experience Led Agreements (XLA) which focus on outcomes rather than traditional SLA’s. He has been a member of multiple industry forums and has presented on the future of work with regards to the digital workplace domain in multiple conferences.
