Simon Locke is accountable for the strategy, change, and continual improvement of Global Enterprise Technologies for Costa Coffee. This means delivering technology enabled change across Costa, including Supply Chain & Finance, HR & Workplace, Infrastructure & Security and Data & Middleware.
Simon has spent the last 15 years in various technology leadership roles, delivering several large technology enabled business transformations (including cloud application transformations, insourcing and outsourcing) across Financial Services, Retail and Legal sectors.
Simon has a passion for building and working with high performing teams and delivering high levels of service for customers.
