Mahesh heads Wipro’s CIS Business Unit and manages the company’s largest account for a marque US banking customer. In this role, he is responsible for growth of CIS business within the Americas 2 market. He spearheads Sales and Customer Engagement of various large transformation and digital programs across the customers in Americas 2.

Mahesh also drives overall strategy for the CIS Business Unit, orchestrating delivery in the SMU through the GAE’s, accountable for finalizing sales targets, and Oversees Sector Sales resource hiring, training & upskilling of sales team, appraisals & career growth of the sales team.

Mahesh previously served as the Sector Head for a top US Financial Institution account, led the team to success, almost doubling revenues and profits with a consistent growth trajectory over a span of 12 consecutive quarters, and helping the account to become No.1 in Wipro. Mahesh also drove large number of transformational deals in Digital and Data in the Application space & Automation and Cloud deals in the Infrastructure space. Under his leadership, one of the largest Infra automation in the industry, was successfully delivered.
