Vice President, Modern Workplace
Kelly Candler leads DXC Technology’s Modern Workplace and Horizontal Business Process Services businesses. She oversees the company’s product offering strategy in this space, focusing on maximizing outcomes and experiences for DXC’s clients. Kelly’s key focus is around simplifying, standardizing and modernizing our Modern Workplace and Horizontal Business Process Services portfolio to deliver exceptional experience solutions to our clients.

Kelly brings more than 23 years of executive experience across various industries, including aerospace and defense, energy, financial services and industrial manufacturing. Before joining DXC, Kelly led the infrastructure and workplace services and transformation team at RTX Corporation, formerly Raytheon Technologies, where she oversaw the company's digital technology workplace strategy. Her leadership was instrumental in simplifying, strengthening and securing their digital foundation.
Prior to RTX, Kelly served as the vice president of product delivery at GE, where she focused on the digital workplace experience across the company. Her efforts significantly increased employee satisfaction and delivered a modern set of capabilities and simplified support services. Kelly also co-led GE’s Information Security Technology Center, playing a critical role in the company's cyber technology strategy.
Throughout her career at GE, Kelly held multiple leadership positions in digital workplace services, data management and analytics, application architecture, cybersecurity, product management and delivery, and program and project management. Her work consistently drove transformation, boosted operating margins, and increased both employee and client value.
Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Drexel University in Philadelphia. She is a certified Black Belt and a graduate of GE’s Digital Technology Leadership Program and Experienced Technology Management Leadership Program.
