Nicole McIntosh is the Manager, HR Business Partner at Princess Cruises, a leader in the cruising industry. In this role, Nicole is a strategic HR partner to the Executive Leadership team, where she brings over a decade of experience in HR. She provides essential guidance and counsel to leaders on succession planning, organizational design and change, employee engagement, compensation, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and talent management.

Nicole is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional and a Hogan Certified Coach. Her strong communication skills and strategic insight enable her to deliver simple, tangible solutions that drive the organization forward. Nicole’s passion lies in empowering leaders to reach their full potential, fostering meaningful growth and success within the company.

Residing in Florida with her husband, son, and rescue dog, Nicole enjoys running, traveling, cheering on her son at soccer and baseball games, making daily Starbucks runs, and spending time on the water.
