Jeff Neuburger is a Partner in the global law firm Proskauer Rose, where he is co-Chair of Proskauer’s Technology, Media and Telcom Group and a member of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security Group. Jeff is a leading practitioner in technology law and advises organizations in the implementation of commercial relationships involving technology (including with respect to AI systems and related procedures and strategies), outsourcing and other initiatives. Jeff has been practicing exclusively in the technology law area for almost forty years, is the co-author of two books on the topic and is an Adjunct Professor teaching Technology and E-Commerce Law at Fordham University School of Law. Prior to practicing law, Jeff worked as a systems engineer for GE Capital for almost five years. Jeff has a B.S. in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany, and studied law in the evening division of Pace University School of Law while working at GE.
