Gordon Zeilstra is a veteran of the HR technology space and has held senior executive roles at some of the industry’s leading vendors. Gord serves as Chief Growth Officer and leads the go-to-market functions at Schoox, which serves over 4500+ frontline enterprises as their Intelligent Learning & Growth Platform.
Prior to Schoox, Gord was a key part of the SuccessFactors team, both pre-and post-acquisition by SAP. Initially a Performance & Goals leader based in Canada, he later held the role of EVP of Product Strategy and Sales, based in Singapore, for SAP’s HCM business in Asia.
Gord was also an early employee of Taleo (later acquired by Oracle) and held sales, solutions consulting, and alliance leadership roles. He was part of the founding team of Taleo Asia Pacific, based in Sydney. Prior to Taleo, Gord was the first International hire at Monster, leading sales and global partnerships and managing multiple acquisitions. Gord is also a Partner at Gotham Growth, where he works in mergers & acquisitions, advising companies in the HR Tech and Services market.
