Robert Perkins is Senior Vice President, and Chief Global Inclusion and Learning Officer for Mondelez International, a $37 billion global snacking leader. In this position, Robert leads the enterprise-wide strategy and commitment to build a culture of inclusivity and learning where everyone can thrive.

Prior to Mondelez, Robert has over 30 years of global expertise, across a range of industries, in building leadership and organizational capability. Robert has collaborated with CEOs, board of directors, and executives to deliver integrated talent management solutions focused on strategic business alignment and driving organizational results. During Robert’s extensive career, he has coached C-Suite executives and managers focusing on assessment, feedback, and support in helping leaders manage through career, leadership, and life issues.

Robert brings a vast first-hand experience from having leadership roles in top tier organizations, such as with Foot Locker Inc., Burger King, Sony Music, Bertelsmann, Time Warner, Philip Morris International, Kraft Foods, and Procter & Gamble, and he holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of Illinois.
