Olesya Govorun leads Organizational Development and Culture Transformation at Pfizer, where she drives enterprise-wide initiatives for 70,000+ employees across global markets. Her current work includes scaling Project-Based Ways of Working—an award-winning model now embedded across 10,000+ employees and 1,000+ projects—and building a global coaching ecosystem that brings AI-enabled coaching to thousands of leaders. She also advises the CHRO and executive leadership on talent strategy, org design, and capability building.
Before PX, Olesya spent eight years in marketing and customer experience at Pfizer—spanning global patient experience, CX marketing, and community engagement.
Olesya holds a PhD in Social Psychology from The Ohio State University and an Executive MBA from Purdue. Her awards include a Brandon Hall Silver for HR Innovation, an Impact 50 nomination, five Pfizer Outstanding Achievement awards, and recognition as one of Biopharma's Most Inspiring Women.
