Robbie Taylor is Senior Vice President of Sales at JDA TSG, where he leads go to market strategy for delivering governed, human in the loop AI operations to enterprise clients. With over a decade in sales leadership, he has built his career scaling revenue organizations and translating complex technology into measurable business outcomes, particularly in regulated and high stakes environments.

Robbie’s experience spans global sales, operations, and customer success. At Microsoft, he led sales strategy and operations across 13 APAC markets, helping scale the organization from under ten to more than 500 employees while driving disciplined pipeline generation, forecasting, and partner execution. He has since held leadership roles at VIATechnik, Irrational Labs, Celonis, and Newfront, where he focused on adoption, retention, and growth through data driven, operationally grounded approaches.

At JDA TSG, Robbie works at the intersection of AI, workforce transformation, and enterprise operations. He partners closely with operations and technology leaders to ensure that AI deployments are not just technically viable, but governed, auditable, and aligned to real business workflows. His focus is on helping organizations move beyond pilots to production grade AI systems where human expertise remains in control and accountable for outcomes.
