Speaker Bio
Ana Maria Sencovici, or AMS as she’s known, is a Chief Talent Officer, board advisor, coach and speaker exploring the edges of leadership, identity, and transformation … where organizational evolution meets human development. She is currently leading Talent at the Royal Caribbean Group, a vacation industry leader with a global fleet of 68 ships across five best-in-class brands traveling to over 1,000 destinations. Prior to Royal, AMS served as the global head of the Change Management practice at Genpact, a professional services firm where she managed a global team advising clients on learning, talent and change transformations, as well as designing award-winning employee development programs. Previously, she served as the head of Learning and Development Bridgewater Associates where she stood up its first learning and development function and was a founding member of the company’s talent council during Ray Dalio’s transition.
AMS holds the space between structure and agility, speed and stillness, complexity and clarity, human and technology … at the heart of it all, asking: what kind of humans are we designing for, and becoming?
She has an MBA in Change Management from the Wharton School of Business, an MA from Bryn Mawr College and a BA from Haverford College. AMS lives in South Florida with her husband, Juan, two sons Luca and Mateo, and new-to-the-family Cavalier King Charles puppy.
