Currently Global Vice President of Talent at Warner Bros. Discovery, Jhneall Gardner is a seasoned talent leader with deep expertise across entertainment and technology. She leads three global COEs- Executive Search, Market Intelligence, and Sourcing, and previously led Global Employer Branding and Inclusion Outreach across WBD.
Earlier in her career, she built and led the Campus Hiring team for Discovery Inc.’s Technology organization and held roles including Director of Talent Management and Senior Talent Manager, driving talent acquisition, retention, engagement, and development across Europe.
She is the co-creator, host, and executive producer of WBD’s Empowered Women Empower Women podcast, where she features many of media and technology’s most talented and pioneering women, exploring their work and careers while inspiring the next generation of talent.
Jhneall holds a law degree from the University of Northampton.
