Ying heads the People Analytics team at PepsiCo. She is passionate about building and sustaining analytical and AI capabilities that bring a real positive impact to employees through their entire lifecycles at the company. Ying has a strong track record in developing human-centered and ethical AI solutions in the areas of talent acquisition, skills & career development, talent retention, compensation, pay equity, performance management and internal career mobility, partnering closely with business and HR function leaders.

Ying has deep expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling and AI in various areas including computer vision, digital marketing, services, finance, and people analytics. She holds a Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California (USC).
