Sarah Smart is a seasoned professional in the field of talent acquisition with a wealth of experience and a successful track record of transforming TA organizations. Most recently, Sarah served as the Managing Director and Head of the HIRE Product Team for JPMorgan Chase, where she led the team responsible for evaluating and implementing Large Language Models in Talent Acquisition. Before that role, Sarah led Talent Acquisition for the Consumer and Community Bank (Chase) at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She played a pivotal role in shaping the bank's human capital strategy in both roles.

Before her tenure at JPMorgan Chase, she was Head of Global Recruitment at Hilton, where she implemented novel approaches to high-volume hiring for multi-site retail. During her tenure at Hilton, she and her team led the initial staffing and TA infrastructure build for the company's 2013 IPO, a significant milestone in its history. She also spearheaded the TA strategy for the subsequent IPOs for Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) and Park Hotels and Resorts (PK).

Education has been a cornerstone of Ms. Smart's professional journey. She earned her Bachelor's degree from St. John's College in Annapolis, Maryland, and further pursued her academic growth by obtaining a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Columbia University. This educational background has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behavior in organizational settings, enabling her to make informed and strategic decisions.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sarah is a member of the Board of Visitors and Governors and serves as Chair of the Audit & Compliance Committee for St. John's College.
