Melissa Green is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of extensive experience in human resources, employee relations, talent management and leadership development. She is recognized for her ability to build high performing teams and superior ability to influence stakeholders.

Melissa is currently the Sr. Director of Shared Services where she drives efficient HR operations and people practices that both provide a crucial service along the employee lifecycle and cost savings to the organization.

In her spare time, Melissa can be found cheering for her children at Martial Arts competitions, where she and her daughter are black belts.
