Sonya is a Director of Workplace Strategy based in the firm’s New York office. She is a frequent speaker at events and conferences such as “The Future of Work and Play” at Microsoft and the Global Coworking Conference, and her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, Entrepreneur, FastCo Design, and more. An active member of CoreNet, Sonya is a 2023 board member of CoreNet NYC, serving as its Strategic Planning Chair, and is also a Fellow and a former board member of the American Society of Interior Designers. She serves on the Advisory Boards for Rutgers University Customer Experience Program, and the New York School of Interior Design.
